Ingredients:(A)
300 gm minced pork
4 eggs,beaten
3/4 cup soy bean drink or silken tofu
5-6 shrimp,shelled and chopped
3 sticks imitation crabstick,cut 1/2
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ground white pepper
___________________________
Sauce:(B)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
handful julienne carrot
handful scallion
1:Prepare steamer or wok with water at high heat.Combine all (A) ingredients in a deep pie glass plate or stainless steel deep plate.
2:When water is rolling boil,place pork mixture plate onto the steamer with cover.Steam at high heat for 20-30 minutes or until it's cooked.
3:While waiting for the pork mixture to cook,prepare a small skillet with (B).When the sauce bubble boil,shut off the heat.
4:Remove steamed pork from steamer and invert into another deep plate or just leave as it's in the steam plate.Pour soy sauce on top of the steamed pork.
5:Serve warm with rice.

I saw some Malaysian foodblogger make this dish b4..Tofu make the dish more soft and creamy...especially with minced pork..Like adding corn flour..you can omit tofu by adding more egg,so your prok won't be so rough..Hope this help:)
