Ingredients:
1 large piece boneless chicken breast,about 500 gm (removed excess fats and sliced)
1 large onion,peeled and sliced
1 large fresh tomato,washed and cut square
1 medium green pepper,washed and cut square
100 gm fresh white mushroom,washed and sliced
3-4 cloves fresh garlic,peeled and chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup almond,crushed or chopped or silvered
Method:
1:Heat large skillet or wok at medium high heat with oil.When skillet hot enough add in chopped garlic,fry till lightly brown,add in sliced chicken.Fry sliced chicken for 2-3 minutes before add in all cut vegetables and seasoning.
2:Stir-fry all the ingredients for another 3-5 minutes,check the seasoning before sprinkle almond nut into it.
3:Dish out and serve warm with rice.

I like to purchase fresh vegetables whenever I see them here and there...and just forget that I have just one stomach....
The chicken stir-fry looks yummy, with almonds.

I will have the same problem if I go to the produce place. I will grab so many type of veggies and since they come in a big bags and I can't finish it in time and it will rot in the fridge. Like you I have to clear it every 10 days. What a waste of money sometime :(
I like to have lots of vegetables in my fridge too. Stir-fry looks delicious!

Thank you for dropping by and your kind words:) I bought mine bunga kantan and daun kesum from Hong Kong supermarket in Elmhurst ,Queens..I don't think all Hong Kong supermarket do carry these herbs .Elmhurst have the largest Asian community like Indonesian,Filipino,China,Malaysia and Thai's..that the reason you have a better chance to get these Malaysia stuffs there..If you are in Manhattan Chinatown ,go to Asia Market 71 Mulberry St, 10013 (bet. Canal & Bayard St, right before Bayard across from the park)you can't miss it! Hope this help and good luck!! if you have any problem email me...

yalor,we have bad eyes...when I shop at farm market,usual their veggie are much cheaper than regular supermarket,so I kasi sapu this and that..by end of the month I have to spring cleaning my fridge again ..from top to bottom coz the liquid from the tomato,cucumber and others dripping all over..*sigh*
