Whenever I shopped at a nearby Indian grocery store,I will always buy one or two packs of their special spices.One of the spices is Tandoori chicken Mix.This type of spice mix is easy and simple to use for cooking or grilling.All I need is yogurt but I don't have yogurt in hand,so I decided to use coconut milk instead.The result is really awesome!!
10 pieces of chicken thigh or any part of chicken
200 ml coconut milk
1 pack tandoori mix
1 tbsp sugar
1:Combine coconut milk,sugar and Tandoori mix in a medium large container,mix well.Coat all the chicken thigh with the spices mixture and marinated overnight.
2:Preheat oven to 380F.Line aluminium foil over a tray. Spray oil on the aluminum foil,place marinated chicken on the tray.
3:Grill the chicken in oven for 35-40 minutes.Remove from oven and serve warm.
