It's been a while since I roast soy sauce chicken wing.This recipe is so simple and easy.All I needs is soy sauce,salt ,sugar and Chinese wine!! All these ingredients can be found in any Asian grocery store everywhere..
Ingredients:
20 whole chicken wings,clean
1/2 cup soy sauce for marinate
2 tbsp seasalt
1/2 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp Chinese rice wine
Method:
1:Combine all the seasoning in a medium large container,mix well.Toss in all the wings,marinate overnight in the fridge.
2:Preheat oven to 375 F.Prepare baking sheet over aluminum foil with wire rack on the top.Place all marinated chicken wing on the wire rack.Roast the wings for 30-35 minutes or until slightly charred burn on the skin.
3:Remove from oven and serve warm with chili sauce.

When you mention soya sauce, do you mean the thick/dark soya sauce or light soya sauce?
