2 kilos Sri Lanka crab,clean and cut into 1/2 (do not discard the egg)
1 bulb garlic,peeled and minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp tauchu (fermented soy bean)
4-5 tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp salt or to taste
2 tbsp sugar
3-4 tbsp peanut oil
1:Heat wok at high heat with oil and garlic.Add in all the seasoning and mix well.
2:Toss in all the clean crab.Use a spatula to stir all the crabs and seasoning well.Cover with wok's lid for 10 minutes.
3:Check the seasoning.Dish out and serve warm.
