thanks for this recipe! I tried it but used fish sauce and lemongrass to marinade the shrimp and not use chicken bouillon at all. I also didn't have tamarind powder so i used tomato as the souring agent instead--turned out great! My husband (who is from Malaysia) finished the dish and 2 bowls of rice :)
