Pad Thai is a popular dish in Thailand and it is very easy to make. This recipe is very simple and you just need some ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen.
Easy Pad Thai Recipe
- 1/2 lb. pad thai noodles
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the noodles and soy sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar, egg, green onions, and peanuts and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
